Nobody seems to give a fuck. Guessing it will get tossed due to precedent already set in like 2015.

It's probably just a shakedown to fine them.
Similar to when they fined EOS for $24m

Chainlink is next. They are not stationed in the US, but they defrauded mostly US retail investors so the SEC can and will pursue them for the same reason: emission of illegal securities to the public.

It's funny to me how the term FUD gets used by bagholders. I get using the term dismissively when there's no hard proof that fundementals have changed but when it's used to dismiss actual bearish news that's not a mere rumor I can't help but think that person is stupid and married to their bags. I can't wait for ripple to be shutdown and schizos come out to say something along the lines of "weak fud, just bought more".

>> No.25064277

Quick rundown, what does this mean for other tokens?

No replies from salty riptards though.

>> No.25064333

Not concerned. This is bullish for XRP. Looking forward to buying the dip. Garlinghouse made the early announcement about being sued because we now have a president who is friendly to cryptocurrency (Biden) and it was a political play. It's a power move and Garlinghouse is ready to bring it. Best case scenario Ripple wins and price goes parabolic. I fancy these odds.

Biden isn't a president, the DNC is the incoming president and they're no different to the RNC. They're all against crypto.

Counter-point-- why does what the governments of the world say matter when it comes to crypto? The entire point is that it would subvert other monetary systems. So what if it's illegal? It literally cannot be stopped. You glow in the fucking dark. If you didn't think the end game would be either governments trying to either regulate or destroy all crypto, you're smoothbrained, and should have expected all of this as it got sufficiently big.

Everything that publicly promised profits from hodling, sure.
Why do you think ETH was already cleared?

Bitcoin maxipads are just adorable.

PoS requires running nodes, so it's not a security.
Also contrary to ripple there's no one entity that controls the network. Ethereum is fine.
