Post more. Also the bubble popped because of Mt. Gox. Just look out for psychological barriers. If we cant break 50k for instance sell at 48k. Simple.

All ICOs were guaranteed at least 10x. Most ridiculous projects were valued at billions, like dentacoin or whatever that stupid fucking dentist one was. This isnt even the run, it's just bitcoin slapping it's big dick all over everything. Need a proper alt season before its bubble territory again, granted bitcoin is due for a correction at any time or it can keep going up. Who fucking knows >>24900118

2017... Mt. Gox... no...

OP, I'm a 10 years veteran in the crypto market. Let me tell you something, this is a misconception to believe that bubble are something abnormal that needs to be avoided.
Bubble always happened, and will always happen. It's how the market act when there is a new found interest for a financial asset. It's a natural part of the price discovery process.
This bubble will pop, just like the first one, because the market ALWAYS overbuy before stabilizing to a new price.
You don't need to be afraid of it.

>>24900118
Hard to explain exactly but we aren't anywhere near that yet.

>> No.24901392

"bubble" only applies to the stock market
stop trying to shoehorn these terms into crypto lexicon

It's pretty crazy to me that bitcoin has broken it's ATH and mooned 12% in 24 hours but no one is talking about it.
Is it because
Everyone is still shook from the 2017 crash?
People are too broke to invest due to government shutdowns and living off unemployment?
The media is too busy with muh Trump muh black lives matter and other clown world faggotry to tell them to buy and therefore they haven't?
Some combination of all 3?
Other?

Or, the dollar is devaluing rapidly and Bitcoin isn't really going up that fast.

Stacking API3 for the incoming alt run. See you in Valhalla anons.

>> No.24902189

>>24902045
Honestly I think the last two plus some more. Honestly BTC breaking ath isn't much news anyway. Until we get 1.5x, THEN we'll catch attention.

That's my instinct, but then again this is my first time investing in crypto so grain of salt.

This. Google trend searches have barely taken off. Keep in mind, like 95% of the normans that got burned and left crypto after the last bubble are still nowhere near returning. They’ll start flocking back when we hit 30-40k. Then after that we’ll have a massive pump to god knows what, followed by the burst.

>> No.24902409

>>24902118
The dollar isn't losing it's value THAT fast dude, come on. USD value is at 2009 levels. Relax.
Will it go way lower than that? Yes. That's definitely a big reason why but I'm referring to why normies aren't getting involved not macro factors that are driving institutional and smart money investors.
>>24902189
Fair enough. It's hard to put yourself in the mindset of a normie when you are watching hours of macro economic news every day and are actually focused on this stuff.
I mean people were laid off buying TSLA and AAPL at ATHs so maybe we can eliminate the strapped for cash theory.

>> No.24902485

>>24902245
I don’t think they will return until we hit 100k. That will be another psychological milestone and once we break that, retail gets us to 250k+ then we crash to like 75k. Then we crab and drop til 35k and then that is the new bottom

I don't know if there is a real direct reason. I think it was FUD and it hit mainstream. It was dominating the news. BTC then was still "shady". It had almost no partnerships. I think Wikilinks is what really set it all on fire. The rise was due to FOMO.

Now we have a different environment. Companies are adopting and its crypto friendly out there now.

The reason it will drop will be due to profit taking. I don't see any other reason other than the feds taking it and even then it will be even more valuable.
