However you still get all the rights with those shares the exact same as if you owned them direct. This is better for you at tax time. The other RYCEF is a direct otc 1:1 share ownership. However your fucked more during tax time. The reason is due to you getting taxed by both the U.S and the U.K cause you own foreign stock which is based in the U.K. So anything with ADR in the name is better for you.
