You should write the cash secured puts and use the premium to dollar cost average in. So sell puts, take premium and buy SPY. When puts expire, sell more puts and use premium to buy more SPY. When you eventually get assigned on the puts you'll have all the cheap SPY bought with the premium and more cheap SPY as a result of the puts. Also, be a man and sell some puts on SPXL while you're at it.
