honestly? the information everyone had on hand back during the sale was enough. in no particular order:
the core protocol was sound, game theory theorems made sense, fellow mathematician as the cto, 2 500k different grants from academic and government sources, working team since early 2019, vitalik recommending it back then, it was a crypto nuclear winter project so i knew it wasn't a money grab and a lot more
the token distribution price was extremely cheap based on the amount of recommendations and first mover advantage of human decisions it had. the fact that there will be in future some decentralized freelance services on crypto was an absolute no brainer. that people would also want a decentralized dispute resolution layer made sense too, and this looked really good
finally, and that's what made it not a gamble but a sure thing for me, it managed to get a community of people to actually understand it and rally behind it. the memes were a huge part of it, but that was long after i bought in
now we have all of that + countless real world examples of its usage via cases, linguo etc. many big time players are coming out and saying that they're using it already (like the two integrations you pointed out), it turned out that they also have really good smart contract and L2 devs in the team with the upcoming ZK rollup app.
all of that and it is decentralized at its core. can't ask for a better token imho

It crazy seeing the huge disparity between "price go up whales are accumulating" shitcoin language compared to "the team are competent and they provide a service which is in demand" rationale a la >>24607302. I think the latter makes a lot more sense. If you're smart you don't look at whale activity or buys, you just focus on an undervalued asset like PNK, then buy and hold for a few years. Or potentially forever, if the courts really see a lot of adoption and just earning ETH via cases can become a viable job on the side.

It’s basically the same thing I saw play out on the rape case I was a juror on. It’s hard bring decentralized justice to the blockchain

I was a juror on a case recently.

It was involving a rape case in what you would consider a suburb of Mumbai. They call it “Palm Beach” somewhere in Sector 18 I believe. I hear it’s a nice place, relatively speaking, nothing compared to the Palm Beach in America. But a quaint enough place overlooking the Arabian Sea, without the hustle and bustle of downtown Mumbai, and a part of India where there’s no McDonald’s but international schools, banks, etc. A little slice of civilization in uncultured rot.

Anyway the case was odd, I was on a hung jury that saw the case appealed to the appellate court (real PNK whales who sit on the appeals and Supreme Court from their large deposits). It basically involved the victim being raped off of Budhyadev Mandir Marg Blvd leaving the Bank of India around 9am local time.

I won’t bore you with all the deals but the victim was taken down the street to Pooja Hospital, literally less than a block from the attack. The victim almost died, not due to injuries sustained but an infection she picked up from the hospital. Thankfully the hospital did submit the rape kit to us, of course with the victims consent.

Anyway the one CCTV functioning on the street on the banks north side caught the perp riding off on a Suzuki Access 125, red in color, no tags. It was all caught on grainy film, where we the jurors got to see the graphic film first hand submitted to us via the evidence portal. What led it to being a hung jury was that the suspect was able to convince other jurors beyond a reasonable doubt that he wasn’t there, due to the grainy film resolution, no one else recalled him or the attack at all when witnesses were questioned by kleors police, and he was able to convince some other jurors that he was doing his morning business (shitting in the street) across channel in a different sector of Mumbai. He even uploaded a little picture of an indian man that vaguely resembled him with what could have been a photoshopped news paper in the foreground. He also did upload the kleros police statements that indicated that no one saw him there that day. I think most indians would be put off by seeing Raneesh the part time PNK constable.

Just presented some evidence for my first case as a juror. Having now used the platform, there's no way I'd accept a smart contract which doesn't include a kleros cause.
I will start accumulating up to a make it stack, it's a nice feeling to invest in a project with a working product for a change.
