With each new drop of GPU, shoe, or whatever hot brand is trending there are always the complaints about scalpers- those who buy them first (typically aided with bots), usually in large quantities, and sell them for insane markups. Perhaps you do this too, discuss!

The last thread was archived quite quickly, wonder what's up with that.

Not too sure what he meant by that one, Musk definitely isn't "singular" since he founded paypal, tesla, spacex, and boring and Trump has a fuck ton of investments and varying businesses. I think he was making a point regarding their image as a person.

Bros is getting an idea in the first place just a matter of luck? Also, if you learn2code, do you just start seeing opportunities as you gain experience?

The more experience and knowledge you gain the more your eyes begin to open to possible opportunities, definitely.

Luck is important too, however.

Its gonna be hard to get hired as a software engineer without a CS, CE or EE degree. Not saying it can't be done but you have to be hot stuff with a ton of actual projects done. And not bs fizzbuzz leetcode tier projects but stuff that shows off that you know front end and backend development (assuming that's what you want to do). Start learning basic front end webdev then after you get a good handle on that move onto the server side skills. And focus on projects that actually have the potential to make you money in the future, that will keep you motivated to keep working on then. I'm the memeatlas anon from the last thread so that's what I did and it's been working out well so far.

Based OP, I somehow missed all of these.
Going back to read through now, Fast Lane Millionaire was good.

I think Robert Greene - Mastery and Napoleon Hills - Think and Grow Rich would be good recommendatios if your creating a pasta. I haven't gotten around to the latter but was highly recommended.

I’m a non-CS major and did a bootcamp to do exactly those steps. Very worth the 18k, would’ve been very challenging to do alone.

>online entrepreneurial ventures are super overcrowded
>physical entrepreneurial ventures (local power washing, etc.) require too much time when working full time
I feel like a local, physical business would do pretty good, but it's hard to find time to start one working full time

Ya those bootcamps seem to be worth it. Did you get placed quickly after completing it?

what bootcamp was it? Seems like all the ones near me (Virginia) are in NYC or Chicago... barely any in DC.
