So as a token, the application seems pretty legitimate, but is there anything limiting the number of tokens generated by the transactions? It's based on IoT style backend data that seems like it would scale with 5g commerce resources, but how do we know the coin can't be inflated by stacking these transactions in a database if all that's required to generate it's a successful interaction of the smart contract?

Basically amazon ships you something, the contract specifies that item must be shipped in these conditions, for every x it isn't, y fee is incurred. Amazing owning or having a partnership between the shipping AND the distribution center should mean that the coin itself could be scammed into oblivion.
