People saying that the housing market will crash aren't accounting for the fact that there will most likely be significant inflation in the future, plus you can do better than some foreclosed shit houses. There isn't going to be a crash because the FED is backing the asset market. Waiting for a "crash" is something normies say. Crashes happen due to unexpected events, you cannot wait forever. I wouldn't wait anon, I'd buy now before they go up, even more, they are inevitably going to continue to go up until the FEDs bring back interest rates, even then I cannot see them decreasing.

Unlike stocks, prices of houses do not collaspe overnight, the FED will save them everytime.
