I don't disagree with any of that, what I'm saying is that it will take years to get to the point where the differences in technology between the space tug companies actually matters. Right now they're barely competing against them and more competing against Rocket Lab and the other small sat launchers which are much more expensive in terms of cost of kilograms to orbit. If their water plasma thrusters work fine they should use them but the last thing I want them to do is get hyper-autistic about making the best craft possible like old space would versus trying to make them cheaply and get them out as fast as possible. It's not dissimilar to Tesla and Starship, production is 99% of the problem.
