Anon, there are underlying issues that money won't fix for you, and maybe even make worse. You need to do something that gives your life meaning instead of just looking at number go up. You've done something amazing--you've achieved a level of financial freedom that most of humanity has never had. What do you enjoy besides number go up? I'm not granting you some grand illumination by saying this, but sometimes something as simple as focusing on health and fitness, and seeing progress there can really boost self esteem and confidence in social relationships.
