If you have Regular Coinbase, you should be able to set up a "Coinbase Wallet" using the Coinbase Wallet App. From that app, you'll be able to connect to sites like:

to move your funds around. The reason I mentioned regular coinbase in the beginning is because you'll be able to send funds from Coinbase to your Coinbase Wallet address, which you will copy/paste into the address field before you press 'Send'.
