Just read the new tokenomics plan on their blog. It will make sure PRQ is needed to use the product. It allows PRQ to be used to publish and subscribe to community created workflows and you can lend PRQ to people or businesses wanting to use the product but don't want to buy PRQ directly.
You don't see any of this on their website yet because all of this is projected to be fully implemented in Q1 2021. Token not needed is ancient outdated FUD that won't be relevant in the near future.
