There are no good defi projects basically, it consists only of people selling bags to stupider people. If you are quick and lucky, you can make incredible returns, more often than not you will just get rekt.

1) Don't buy projects by anon devs (generally a good rule)
2) Don't get in on presales unless it has a public team, with a solid sounding product. Never go heavy on presales anyway.
3) Don't buy any coin that has no usecase, avoid all the meme garbage.
4) Don't buy anything, period, just buy btc and eth.

the crypto market is a baby when compared with the traditional financial markets. So adaption is still a big problem. That is why sometimes good projects don't priced very well but it doesn't mean all these shit are garbage. They have a real usage field. maybe scalability is a big challenge for them because the demand was huge in the summer months but the technology was lame. ETH 2.0 is a good solution but we need more L2 solutions imo. tokamak network or something like that can help this. also, you should not forget the effect of the global economic system on crypto markets.
