I also own QNT & RSR. I'd advise to allocate some profits into BTC after event backed pumps. I.e sell the news like exchange listings, mainnets etc, not unexplained price movements. BTC is a hedge against the volatile crypto market and will balance out your portfolio. You can also trade it to regain your previous Alt positions and even increase them at profit. Good luck anon.
