You should be able to click Swap then if you are using your Ledger, it should have a pop up appear/flash a few times before you then see it on your Ledger device to approve the transaction

Give a bit more info or picture of error if that is not working, it's pretty straightforward and the only difference with hardware wallets as opposed to using a metamask wallet is that you have to approve transaction on the hardware device (adding to how long it takes for the transaction to post/complete, meaning you may need to adjust slippage further for higher volume cryptos, 4% should be plenty for this buy)
