Has anyone actually made money from this or is it just the banks who do? Also why isn't Forex as talked about here, I know stocks and crypto are but why no love for forex?

Forex is harder than crypto, plus scammer brokers ruined Forex image forever.

How bad is the scam brokers exactly? I ask since crypto has had some issues itself. Also how much harder is it compared to crypto?

Forex is more punishing, since there are tons of variables that can affect the price of a pair, while Crypto doesn't have that much variables in play.
Also, scammers in forex are known for doing shit like: feeding you with wrong price data, don't letting you cash out, banning you from nothing, and the list goes on.
Your only way to win against scammer forex brokers is if you are going for small earnings or you're sponsored by the broker itself.
That said, there are some good brokers, my favorite one was Interactive Brokers btw.

I see, out of curiosity do you think Crypto will get gobbled up by Forex if it keeps getting institutional support or will they remain separate?

forex is a losing investment. All currencies slowly lose value over time (inflation). When you play forex you're gambling with shitcoins whose value is slowly falling to zero.

With crypto, on the other hand, the value generally goes up over time. So even if you just stay put in one trade you're likely to make money, unlike forex.

Separated, without a doubt. There are some Forex brokers that actually listed some crypto, but those are the normie tier ones: BTC, ETH, USDC, BTCL, etc. You will never see stuff like: XRP, XSN or early cryptos in Forex, since the risk of having their image ruined by listing a scam coin is pretty high.

That's just wrong, in Forex, most of brokers operate CFDs and binary options.
That said, i prefer crypto which is objectively easier than Forex.

Didn't know the normie crypto's were in Forex. Just imagine the XRP schizo's going long on it though if ripple got anywhere with it.

How much easier is it in your experience?

If crypto is a 2, then Forex is a 7. In Forex you need to use both TA and FA (extremely hard to do an accurate FA in a currency pair or in a big business). Some say that 80% of people lose money in Forex and 10% break even, they are not wrong (but we all know that normies are just dumb cattle).

Not worth it, especially if you're working with small sums of money, and have no experience.

Out of curiosity what makes crypto a 2 in your opinion?

I’ve been trading forex since 2008. I wouldn’t recommend it because of the learning curve. Do futures instead

Forex is absolutely OWNED by HFT's. There is no inefficiency for manual traders to exploit, you will just get cucked or make peanuts at most.

It's not a scale, but a ratio. I'm basically saying that forex is 3 and a half times harder than crypto.
The half part is because i'm still not a crypto savant, so instead to say it's 4 times harder, i'll just keep the uncertainty.
I say that crypto is way easier, because you don't need an impossibly big amount of money to become a whale in certain scenarios. That plus the fact that most of crypto fags rely in TA and don't appear to be literate in economics theory, makes it the paradise for whales. Ops, i slipped a top secret from the whale secret society, i gtg.
