What I actually worry about: how will they solve the problem of send/receive liquidity without the need to rent hyper expensive channels? For a time sensitive trade I need immediate liquidity, so I'll have to keep a channel open to be able to swap, which is super expensive with high trading amounts. Otherwise I'd have to wait for block confirmations to open a new channel. THIS seems a neck breaker, if you ask me.

I'm not trying to fud, just thinking out loud and I am not aware of an answer to that despite having been around 1y+

Wrapped assets have to be managed by some external provider of those funds so they are inevitably less decentralized than native tokens. If someone is looking for decentralization in a DEX (which IMO should be a given because it's in the name), the cross-chain bridge like Stakenet are trying to build into their DEX are hugely beneficial
