I've been on 4chan long enough that I saw btc shilled on g when it was a few cents, and didn't buy because back then it appeared so scammy; 'just for buying drugs' etc, then saw eth at the beginning and didn't buy because I didn't understand it; crypto discussions seemed so focused on literal meme coins, from the outside it seems so ridiculous... Stayed on the sidelines until 2017 but kept reading about anons becoming millionaires thanks to crypto etc. I knew biz, and 4chan in general, were ground zero for any internet phenomenon, so when I decided to get into crypto, I knew I'd have to trust the consensus on biz, and back then it was overflowing with LINK enthusiasm unlike anything else. It was as organic as organic gets. I didn't understand it or crypto, but I knew how to recognize genuine sentiment from people who did.

Things to note: Every bullrun, price predictions have been wrong in every asset class, ever.
Last cycle people thought ETH would top at $500 and BTC at $10k.

This cycle every cunt thinks BTC will top at 100k. That means it'll undercut it by 20-30% or fly through closer to 200k.This will come with frequent 30% down days where people will sell seeing it as a top.

Same applies to alts. The fortunate situation is memeing it to 1k, whilst sort of a joke this cycle, means it'll climb well into the 100s before an inevitable dump.

LINK *is* a long term crypto investment though, I have absolutely no doubts about it. I will just leave 20-30% in to ride and I'll likely buy back if it dips >70% from my original entry. I won't otherwise though, because I'll be in the 'made it' part of my life and will be looking to diversify and retain wealth rather than risk heavy volatility to get more.

I think the wise play with your stack size is take out your investment slowly between 50-100 run up. After that start scaling out when the normies and everyone thinks this is the adoption cycle.

Think about 2017 - ETH was broken, BTC was barely financialised but people thought adoption was coming.

This cycle BTC has custody options for institutions but it's still relatively illiquid and is traded on too many unregulated exchanges.

When ETF rumours start to come true (see new CFTC head is bitcoin friendly, bitmex getting shutdown with is bullish for an ETF too) + people think ETH is scaled for smart contract use by traditional markets - sell.
