Ultimate would be to drain the moat, line it, add on a small pond/lake (if there isn't already one) and a solar powered filtration system and turn what would otherwise be a muddy moat around a castle or manor house into a massive natural swimming pool... potentialy big enough to paddle a boat in or even use one of those electric surfboards.
