Heavily dependent on number of stakers ($280 after costs a month would be 12%), to be honest every calculator and person speaking gives different APYs and I haven't researched it in detail. In general I think it's going to be pretty low, as too high of an APY would imply an inefficient and expensive network. On the other hand if DeFi keeps giving high yields, then staking yield will rise too from fewer stakers.
