Ah hello Pan Man. I'm doing well, just researched a new company again. This one is called Nighthawk Gold, a small-cap (C$63.1M mcap) with a gigantic 900km2 property in Canada. Their property is in fact so huge that I found it difficult to even begin, I didn't know where to start. They just came out with great drilling results in October 21 -- 200.45m @ 2.01gpt Au in their main target inside the property (https://www.nighthawkgold.com/2020-10-21-NIGHTHAWK-INTERSECTS-200-45-METRES-OF-2-01-GPT-AU-UNCUT-INCLUDING-16-00-METRES-OF-4-91-GPT-GOLD-AT-COLOMAC#assets_all)) and their financials are great. Not only that but their PB ratio is 0.76x meaning that their price is lower than their book value, which is something I haven't seen yet when researching miners. The main project inside the property is almost certainly going to be a profitable open-pit mine (if they ever get to that stage)

On the other hand, because their property is so massive and because they'll have to build 200km of road to get the infrastructure going, I can't see this company going anywhere any time soon. I'm worried about their long-term financial health because they seem way too ambitious with this district-scale property. Will have to think real hard about investing into this. Maybe later when they've established more resources and laid out a plan for developing a mine

I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in /pmg/ Boating Club, and I've been involved in numerous junk silver purchases, and I have over 300 confirmed ounces. I am trained in the mining sector and I'm the top panner in the entire Canadian jurisdiction. You are nothing to me but just another sheep. I will keep stacking with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with shilling that shit to me over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of mining & macroeconomy insiders across the USA and the price of PM's is going up right now so you better prepare for the hyper-inflation, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You're fucking financially ruined, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can stack gold and silver in over seven hundred ways, and that's just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in the glorious art of stacking, but I have access to the entire Sprott mining stock portfolio and I will use it to its full extent to secure my financial stability in the coming bull market, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution society's rampant debt leveraging was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have invested in fucking precious metals. But you couldn't, you didn't, and now you're paying the price, you goddamn idiot. The Fed will print money all over you and you will drown in it. You're fucking ruined, kiddo.

On one hand, gold is higher than it's ever been. But on the other hand, history shows us that it's still going to keep its value while currencies devalue. There is no bad time to buy gold even if it's going to go down. It might go down if the markets somehow regain confidence but I believe it will pump again soon because some countries are closing their borders again in fear of the coof. I get that they're harder to refine due to containing manganese on top of copper, which is why you get offered less for them on resale, but if you're stacking for the mythical day of deliberate hyper inflation of the USD to pay down debt followed by the reinstitution of hard money and PMs suddenly accounting for trillions in value, then does it really matter what purity you stack?

If you really believe that we may get a future in which 1 oz of silver trades for 3-4k USD (in terms of current buying power) I don't see concerns about resale play into your thinking. At that point you'd primarily be trading in any source of PM for the neo-shekel value that silver represents.

Super Computer guy here. I'm going to give a brush of a feather. There is a lot of confusion going on and it is deliberate in all aspects. The truth is apparent but somehow there is always some alternate explanation of why and this adds to the confusion... the lack of clarity. I'll cover two interconnected paths in this post.

1. The 'Great Reset' is not about creating a digital tyrannical gulag or something else similar... specifically and is NOT the end goal.
2. Gold and silver are not the savior for you personally at this time or in the immediate future.

As the Western world opens up... or is potentially close to reversing to normal... parts of Europe are 'shutting down' again. Who's economy is this going to crush? It's obvious the answer is the former British Empire. This is a long battle of freedom. BLM is not a mistake.

The worst thing for the USA is a digital Dollar - that will crush the American economy like a bridge bearings down on an ant. Conversely, a Chinese Digital Renminbi would increase Chinese economic and political power and would aid in gaining trust and giving confidence. The Mainland European Digital project is purely based on a response to others actions and or future actions. It's possible... but not necessarily going to happen... that the Digital Euro would become the new gold. And, the Digital Euro could very well be un-digital. It's very possible that within Mainland Europe many types of money will be created and co-exist that will be beneficial for Mainland Europeans.

The reality of the future will be very different than today and as I've pointed out before there is something big coming. The 'Great Reset' and 'gold/silver is money' will pale in comparison to what's coming in the distance.

I want to tell you all I am investing heavily in cement, sand and gravel.

Me too especilaly after that 200.45m long uncut assay. By the way could you enlighten me about "True Width"? How does that differ from the length of a drill core sample?

>> No.23618791

>>23618681
"True Width" of the vein is how the vein sits in situ within the ground. Often core samples cross cut or drill a vein at an odd angle and simply looking at the core will misrepresent how the vein appears in the ground. You have to take multiple samples of the same vein to get a clear picture of the structure. I am simplifying it here a lot because describing it in geo lingo is way more complicated.

>> No.23618906

I've written what the super computer has said about shortages to come already and the explicit and implicit gains in commodity prices... food stuffs... even iron ore will ramp and it's not like there is an actual shortage of it in the ground.

The recommendation is ironic and unironic. I am fortifying my properties. This is typically done with concrete. Sand, cement, gravel... all those are going to ramp. The investment is in safety and getting through. This is about survival and eventually freedom. This is a long struggle and the only way to set yourself free is work - lots and lots of hard work.

the difference between gold and bitcoin is that; we always know there will be demand for gold, but we don´t know if there will always be demand for bitcoin. Bitcoin demand could drop to ZERO, and it would be worthless. Bitcoin depends only on social consensus and confidence, exactly like fiat does. Bitcoin demand will likely go to 0 in the future because better coins will outperform it and steal the show.

Besides, .925 is much cheaper to refine and returned ingots cost me less than $20/Ozt, as I'm fond of repeating. Spending 24+ on ugly war nickels would be a dipshit move compared to my sterling hustle, but for most people having some of them on hand wouldn't hurt.

Chek'd. I don't necessarily disagree, but the exact same thing could be said about BTC (or its forks or wrapped BTC on
the ethereum network or whatever). Gold is like an ancient religion that has withstood the ravages of time and amassed such a broad coalition of adherents that it's safe to trust that it will continue with strength and vigor.

Crypto however is like Scientology, literally an invention of a Sci Fi dweeb several decades ago with vocal and autistically cultish adherents but no chance of going mainstream in its current form and no historical precedent or staying power.

Still lots of room downwards in the short term. If the deleveraging continues without stimulus, then it wouldn't be stupid to expect anything but lower prices. Even when stimulus comes, the move upwards will be retraced hard as the stimulus is going to have diminishing returns. It's going to take UBI or something BIG to put them over the hump and get us on an inflationary trajectory. I doubt they get to that without several failures with temporary stimulus. Compared to today, this participation rate is laughable, including pensions, basically 100% of people are in the market.

This coupled with algo's, robin hooders, ect means much quicker and extreme moves are going to happen.

To think that a true expert is throwing numbers like that so nonchalantly. Says a lot about the true state of the economy. Small banks keep going bankrupt at an amazing pace, just think what would happen if bigger banks started going down too. A bank run would probably trigger a similar reaction as what happened in Argentina in 2001, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCxbIjYTFQA
>>23622897
It's hard to say. If a deleveraging occurs via major deflation, companies start to go bankrupt due to people cutting spending and the price of assets (stonks, real estate, etc.) because people have to sell them to keep up with their high interest debts. This means that even mining companies are at a risk of going under, at least initially. I'd say that in a situation like that, all companies with great amounts of debt would go under. Many mining companies are extremely leveraged -- remember that. PMs and by extension mining stonks would go up after the initial shock I think.

However a deflation is unwanted due to the swift effects it has, and policymakers would much rather inflate the economy, swiping the real problem under the rug. They'd much rather devalue the currency at a steady pace. This means that all asset classes (except currency) will keep climbing at a rate proportionate to the rate of inflation. If however, a deleveraging occurs and the guys at the top want to stop it, they'll have to inflate the money supply a lot more than normally. This would indeed cause a major pump in all asset classes, maybe even greater pumps in PMs and mining stonks because of the FUD of it all.

But that's just my take on it, I might be wrong.

Kirklands did it too in the PM sector, its clearly possible but its extremely rare. It was supposed to be, but in the current economy state which never happened in history, I guess it will happen multiple times in a single bullmarket. Just looking at Tesla or bitcoin give me hope, if people can put their hard earned money blindly in these garbage, they certainly will make PM stock moon when everyone goes bankrupt. I honestly dont really care that much if i'm wrong, I bought 500 oz silver / 600g gold before starting investing into stocks last month.

I'm counting on an emotional overreaction and rush into PMs and Miners, facilitated and amplified by the internet and instant communication when the right dominos start falling and trigger a stampede. Hopefully sell into the rush and buy back after consolidation if I'm smart and timely. I wouldn't complain if Silver Miner Stocktip anon is right about a repeat of the 1962-68 junior sector 150x explosion but even 5 or 10x gains would be obnoxious so I'll keep loading up my bags for now. Was happy to get into MUX under a dollar, VanGold at a price I can live with and Scottie Resources just under .24 which is doing well enough today. I'll probably get creamed by further drops but lack the confidence to trade nimbly so will just DCA down when possible for now.

We live in an age of decadence. It was a harrowing moment for me about a year back when I realized that I'm useless. I don't really have many skills, or much experience and I didn't work out or put effort into anything. I'm still working on that and my mindset has changed a lot this year. I used to think about studying something academic like psychology but lately I've been gravitating more towards a more practical career path like maintenance (electrician, plumber, etc.) and daydreaming about starting my own company. Becoming an engineer is also a thought but I think I want to be able to create things and make things work. Been reading finance-related books and texts and learning about the economy in general too.

It's astounding to me to think that I've been living in an unsustainable way. I'm sitting on a new mortgage debt but I already want to sell my house along with the debt. I would've done that already in fact but I have to live here for two years or else I get raped by heavier taxes. Hoping that the economy stays up for at least until I get to sell my apartment...

There's a difference between yields & interest rate. Yields are what an investor gets from the bond and interest rate is how much the bond generates interest. The yields are affected by the bond's coupon rate as well as inflation. Currently the interest rates are so low that yields on 10y T-bills are effectively negative, meaning people actually lose money by buying bonds -- this is called Return Free Risk. PGM is definitely my favorite company at the moment. They are in a great position right now: fantastic financials, producing soon, great property, great mine in the works. Vangold is high on my priorities because they'll commence their maiden drilling program next month, so I'll probably invest in them next month. Irving I have to check out again, I've only eyed them over. Would be nice to have exposure to Japan as a jurisdiction but their way of processing the mined gold as these huge chunks is pretty uncanny to me. Haven't done any research on Skeena yet.
Also haven't invested in AUN yet though I'd like to. Will have to weigh my options until I get my next pay in two weeks.

THE UNTHINKABLE HAS HAPPENED -- BAYHORSE RELEASED NEWS
https://ceo.ca/@newsfile/bayhorse-submits-80-kg-quartz-sample-from-the-harrison

>Bayhorse Submits 80 kg Quartz Sample from the Harrison Gold Project for Metallic Screen Gold Assays; Closes First Tranche of Flow-Through Private Placement

>The samples from the RN zone workings, that lies 450 meters SW of the Jenner workings, where recent gold grades as high as 414.2 g/t were reported. The samples were taken from the gold-bearing quartz veins from the drifts and stopes of the RN underground workings that were mined by A&M Exploration between 1972 - 1980. Mineralization at Harrison consists of free milling gold, with 0.2 to 2.0 mm sized grains, within quartz veins ranging from less than a cm to several tens of cm in width. The objective of the metallurgical work and metallic screen assays is to confirm the gravity recoverable gold (GRG) test results reported by Bear Mountain Gold Mines (BMGM) from the RN Zone. Their sampling responded well to gravity concentration for a recovery of 90.7% with a final concentrate grade of 1,088 g/t Au from a calculated head grade of 43.2 g/t Au. (BMGM, 2020).

Also they keep exceeding expectations with their drilling results. Amazing company in my opinion

you should check the uranium case if you dont know about UUUU; the bull will happen soon, midway during the PM bull. Start with rick rule, he explain what happened during that moon phase. My thoughts are similar. I sold all my equities a few weeks back when it was looking like pre-election stimulus wasn't going to materialize. I'm half in cash and half in long dated treasuries. I'm waiting for the fire sale and also the yield collapse.

>>23623209
Just wait until investors sell off good assets in order to pay off their margins. If we hit freefall, nothing gets spared. 1 ozt will still equal 1 ozt, but your paper will get fucked.

If just a hedge, gold is a better hedge. Silver is undervalued, but also far more volatile since 70% of consumption is industrial. But you are right, people looking for moonshots are in PMs for the wrong reason. It's an inflation hedge and crisis insurance. Want to preserve some wealth to the other side of the reset fire? Pms are a great option. But moonshots? Not likely. Potential good returns when stimulus starts getting nuts, but there are other places to make money.

Would you be willing to elaborate on that a bit? Agricultural commodities? Well positioned fossil fuel producers? Shitcoins? Primary motivation for my bullion and miner investments is to protect my babies, but at over 100k in physical and only around 25 in miners and cheapie SLV options I can afford to take some risks on potential moonshots. It's a super computer that predicts decades ahead what's to come. I wrote about how I was skeptical about it when I first started work with it. I'm not for a long time now and have been acting on it's predictions for some time now. It takes a great insight to understand what are the reasons behind the projections though.

I am personally excited by the coming decades. That doesn't make the super computer any less frightening to work with though. Perspective helps lots.

Fortify the castle.

And I'm making this point because if /pmg/ers think there is going to be any sort of transition to gold and silver money and that they are going to ride it out from the safety of their tiny wooden structured house they are greatly mistaken.

I agree that computers can predict things way better than humans when you input enough raw data into them. It's just about what information is fed into the system, and the computer isn't of course always right because you all the necessary data can't be fed into it and there are things that cannot be feasibly predicted. Also humans don't always act in a predictable manner but still a supercomputer would still be interesting to monitor
