Also worth mentioning might be BME/BMEZ which is the same thing but for Health Science.

It's also a little surprising that both BSTZ and BMEZ have a very large premium discount of around -10%. I understand that a closed-end funds' share prize tends to differ more from the value of the underlying assets than an ETF, and both are relatively new still, but it's slightly worrying. You could gain or lose money based on the premium alone.
