Is this faggot onto something? I like the mentality of living this way but I feel like once your credit is rekt, the gravy train eventually ends right? I've spent the last 5 years building up my credit and paying off auto/personal loans. I've got stellar credit and will jump into real-estate once shit hits a low point.

But is the strategy in pic related at all viable in the long term?
