Not really, no.
>all it would take is you faggots wearing a mask
People do it in stores and the national death rate in my country is now 10 a day. Usually 80+ year olds with breathing problems.

I can bear wearing the thing inside, no problem. I just don't like wearing the mask while take a walk outside. And so do many others.
If I literally can not walk alone anymore without the police fining me in case they catch me then I just not... go there.

It doesn't hurt me, I take a walk through the fields instead, I get most stuff cheaper online and I can cook myself. I am happy and the state is happy because I don't go to the center of the town with all the other people.
But it fucks over local businesses. I don't buy my book in the store, drink a coffee in the café or eat something in the restaurant.
I'm not angry about the mask, I am concerned about the local businesses.

Please anons, bear with me im still brainlet but But first some history...
>Be 1980's
>Introduce LIBOR
>Become global benchmark
>OH SHIT this shits manipulate
from Investopedia
"Each day, ICE asks major global banks how much they would charge other banks for short-term loans."
>No shit banks would average out their interest rates in a favorable manner, fuckin kikes.
>Scandals, aka 2008
even though the fed sets their own rate, LIBOR was still used by US banks in prime rates, thus make use mortgage rates in close align with LIBOR benchmark.
>US wants banks to follow their rates, choose SOPHR

Now here's a little thought from me, please do correct me or think things with...

Banks will need to change their interest rates. when you change the rate you cant just change 1% for 5 years to 2% in 5 years.... you have to re-evaluate the asset cost and the interest. Can you imagine how complicated and long it is to reassess how much interest or the value of derivatives such as options or even contracts?
The banks know this new change in system will over night would be a cluster fuck, thats why they chose a weekend.
LCH and CME will try to compensate those institutions by distributing positive values of those who see gains to those with losses. They want to make it seem everything ok when not really. Not everything is tracked and safe, there are many over the counter contracts that could just disappear.

Also something interesting imo
>LIBOR rates were first used in financial markets in 1986 after test runs were conducted in previous two years.
what happened a year after?

I might not be fully understanding this situation, which frustrates me.

The actual loans will change as well since they are pegged to the benchmark to a new one. The small banks are not ready. This means that you can see massive changes to ALL LOANS. i mean we talk about BBBY and DDS all the time as comparisons to GME, but no one actually has a position in either because GME is lucrative.
*HOWEVER*, the shorts on GME are stubborn as fuck and won't start panicking until Q3 assuming it is good

precisely because of that is why i'm more inclined to believe short sellers haven't covered significantly yet
I'm sure they were covering slowly before some Berkshire dude dropped the bombshell that he was holding DDS
most retarded shit and it's made it harder to enter DDS when GME is a thing

but honestly i'm not surprised if it squeezes sooner than GME. Dillard family seems to be doing share buybacks consistently and the rumours being that they want to take DDS private since its real estate is worth more than the retailer itself (DDS owns most of its stores which is why it manages to have low running costs and almost neutral EPS last quarterly, despite being basically Sears)

would I put money into DDS instead of GME though? It's tempting as fuck, I'll probably continue averaging up on GME until it goes past $15 though

I guess this is the "penalty" since if you directly withdraw from a tax-deferred plan you'd get the tax + penalty whereas if you just do a conversion it would be tax without penalty. So they had to make up some cost to get around people just converting pre-tax to Roth, paying the tax, and then withdrawing after-tax from Roth to get around the penalty.

My Roth IRA is with Vanguard and they are probably the worst for options of all the brokerages. They have levels for spreads, but there is no way to enter a spread using their web interface; you have to call them and do it over the phone. In a Vanguard Roth IRA you can only be approved for Level 1 or Level 2 options, and IRAs are only cash accounts so ignore everywhere below where it says margin approval.

https://investor.vanguard.com/stocks/options
>Level 1. Write covered calls, purchase protective puts, and write covered puts. (Margin approval is required to write covered puts.)
>Level 2. Purchase calls and puts. Write cash-secured puts. (Includes Level 1.)*
>Level 3. Trade equity and index spreads. (Includes Levels 1 and 2.)**
>Level 4. Write uncovered (naked) puts. (Includes Levels 1, 2, and 3.)**

Only levels 1 and 2 can be done in an IRA. I applied and was given level 1. After doing some covered calls for a while I applied again and was still given level 1. YOU CANNOT EVEN BUY CALLS WITH LEVEL 1 (so I can't buy SPY LEAPS). You can buy puts with level 1, BUT ONLY FOR TICKERS THAT YOU CURRENTLY HOLD (hence the name "protective puts").

I'm planning on moving to TD Ameritrade sometime because I'm pretty sure they let you do anything. I made this Vanguard account when I was a Boglehead who didn't know anything about active trading.

I have an account with Amp Clearing and the minimum to open is under $500. Amp also has the lowest commissions and day trading margins. I make bank trading the /NQ and treasuries and for people who like leveraged ETFs, you can construct one however you want in a futures account, 3x, 4x, 5x, whatever and rebalance whenever you want.

Quite frankly, to enact the change that the sane majority have, we're going to have to get rid of orange man because he's honestly kind of a rude little bitch with bone spurts that insulted a respectable man like John McCain. I've had the priviledge of knowing many good Americans that served before my time who warned me about the country turning into this.
Orange man doesn't actively promote racism, but he doesn't condemn it either, and that's the problem. The president is supposed to unite us, not play sides. Being a politician does not mean pandering to a crowd, it means finding common ground. This country was not ready to have a generation of diaspora Americans from not white countries. The problem is that people forget that the reason many came here to have their kids and shit is the values in the constitution and the posibillity to raise a family and/or make mad dukets.
With orange man gone, we can focus on the faggots and trannies that want to get kids to transition to indoctrinate them in satanic faggotry. Yes, i'm aware of that bullshit creepy jew made about parents letting kids transition, but he's slimey enough to pander to those faggots because we need their help.

It's a farce of an election, but stay hopeful for the best and prepare to be invaded by china or russia in one way or another

I think the Ford Bronco is going to become the best selling vehicle for the next 5 years. The lockdowns brought back the trend of outdoor recreation to the whole country and sales in that space have been huge. This trend has a good chance of carrying over and the Bronco is hitting the market at a perfect time to capture the trend and extend it. Continental road travel is going to stay very high for the next couple years for sure. The Bronco is perfect for all of those trends.

I don't know if this will impact the stock very much though so I'm very much on the fence of buying towards the end of the year or just to watch it. Ford's EV products don't look very good.

I think you guys are way too optimistic about Covid. Vaccine is not that close. And a lot of first world countries are starting to reach breaking points in terms of what their healthcare can process, on top of that one could argue we haven't even reached the exponential explosion of the virus phase (just now most people are starting to know at least one person who contracted Covid, when everybody personally knows at least one person with Covid, that's how you know you're close to an explosion in infections). I could easily see this triggering a rather staggering cataclysm in 2021. What emerges from it is uncertain.
