Ok Kleros looks cool and it might work but I have 1 final issue with it.

The point of real life courts is that they are enforced by law. You have to respond to a summons or police will come get you. Why would anyone who did wrong or defrauded someone money somehow willingly partake in a dispute settler if they do believe it will be honest?
In other words who is going to use this? It will never be used for disputes between two parties since only one party will be keen to put in money and have a smart contract pay out money to the winner.
Which means it's basically just a glorified expensive community opinion asker.

I almost don't wanna tell you since I'm still accumulating, but the idea behind Kleros is that the deals are made before hand with the payment being withheld until the service is performed, so say an electrician comes to your house and repairs your wiring, but does a shitty job and not all of it works; if you had a Kleros contract in place that refunds a portion/all of your money for poor service, you could send the matter to Kleros court and get your "refund" (remember, the electrician hasn't received their funds yet). This has massive implications across all industries, but I won't spoonfeed further.

Same with escrow really. The real point of failure in Kleros is that there is no dialogue. Not between the jurors to discuss possible fraud. Not with the actors to question dubious proof.

I think that's the reason why it's not really being used despite being already functional. When you go to the disputes board the only disputes are stupid shit like adding tokens or stories.
