I want to rope just watching that shit.
I like my job, a small mom and pop engineering firm. They pay me well and I get treated like a real live human being. Even that is not enough to ever make me sing, clap with the other employees in a circle. I am pretty sure the people I work with too, would want to rope before we ever did something so demeaning.

Do the corporate overlords actually think the illegal immigrants and undereducated highschool dropouts they employ will work harder, enjoy their job more, and steal less if they force them to do this gay shit?

I was there, now I work in a trade. Physical labor actually makes me feel better than sitting around pretending to not be miserable. It was fun for a while but years slipped by and boredom sat in.
