There is no logic fallacy committed in pointing out the impermanence of fiat money. It's also not false to say that inflation accelerates their demise. So what will eventually replace fiat? Probably stable virtual currencies. How will stablecoins hedge against inflation? Probably by a smart mix of diverse tokenized assets like bonds and real estate. Enter reserve.

Bitcoin is not stable enough for this purpose and doesnt scale to meet a global need. People gamble on volatilty they dont want volatility mixed with their household budget accounts. There's no reason why they cant or shouldnt coexist though.
