It's litteraly an overhyped vaporware with no mainnet, it might still make you rich if it succeed (big if) but don't act as if it couldn't end up being a soft scam like 99% of crypto

How is the fiat in your wallet not a soft scam right now? Do you think Venezuelans feel scammed by their government? Better question: Do you think it caught them by surprise?

There is a reason why it is a two coin solution. What happens to your calculations as the RSR supply drops when it constantly consumed to stabilize and replenish the RSV? Read the whitepaper anon.

Don't worry about details like that. Keep buying! Even if the contact button is wonky on the website and the white paper is kinda fishy...keep buying

Actually managed to 10x out of this one. GENUINELY believed in this until I realized it was obviously bullshit. Feels pretty good.

The entire purpose of the reserve project is to offer a store of value that is not dependent on the USD. In its final form, it will be backed by a collection of assets that will not be vulnerable to USD fluctuations. While there is no magic cure for asset inflation, using a diverse collection of tokenized assets (in the form of bonds, property, and commodities) is as close to one as you will find.

Your banks are fucked so you are using coinbase as your savings account right now as that is your only option. Which would you pick? Bitcoin? Or something like USDC or TUSD?

> I would pick the brand I know and is trusted.

That is why reserve already has a ground game in Venezuela and is establishing a presence in Africa. Obviously, when it comes to people's money, you need to establish trust first and foremost. This is also why the mobile app has been a closed beta in Venezuela until very recently. They want to establish trust and a high level of satisfaction with a core user group first, and then once that is completed, then roll it out worldwide.

Do you have any idea how hard I fudded this token over the last month? I spent like 4-5 hours a day on here atleast fudding, digging deep and finding all sorts of questionable things which I could amplify in the public eye to make people sell. I finally bought close to the bottom and topped my ~5mil bag off. You people are idiots for believing any of it.

Ultimately it is backed by the confidence in the value that it represents. There is not enough money in the world to repay currencies issued with interest due. It is the nature of fiat, and it is designed to fail. Tick tock.

Sophistery, the fact of the matter is that the fact that fiat is shit doesn't automatically make your favourite stablecoin protocol sure to do better than all the competition ; for the sake of this discussion both facts are completely unrelated

There is no logic fallacy committed in pointing out the impermanence of fiat money. It's also not false to say that inflation accelerates their demise. So what will eventually replace fiat? Probably stable virtual currencies. How will stablecoins hedge against inflation? Probably by a smart mix of diverse tokenized assets like bonds and real estate. Enter reserve.

>> No.23306398

>>23306261
Bitcoin is not stable enough for this purpose and doesnt scale to meet a global need. People gamble on volatilty they dont want volatility mixed with their household budget accounts. There's no reason why they cant or shouldnt coexist though.
