1-Do tons of prolonged water fasting to fix your fucking metabolic syndrome and clean out all of your cancer. (donating blood or going to a doctor for some blood letting is recommended after a few times because heavy metals and toxic chemicals that release from the burning fat cells can accumulate in our bloodstream for over a year after doing a prolonged fast)

Losing weight is actually really easy. It all comes down to calories. When I am cutting weight, I don't write anything down or log anything. I just keep a rough count in my head and then factor in cadio or lifting. Calculate your TDEE and go from there. Pounds will fly off if you take this seriously for 30 days.
