I remember years ago some little RTS game called Grey Goo came out, I was a bit curious to see what it was like so I started watching someone on Twitch stream it. true. I will give you that. But we are creatures of habit, and it's typically rare for people to let go of their hobbies/habits and then suddenly pick up new ones just because they happen to have time/money for it now.
Furthermore, I would describe your plans as wild fantasy. You are day dreaming, and frankly making excuses. First of all, most of what you listed is physically demanding. You aren't going to be able to do that shit for more than a few hours per day, and your interest in them will undoubtedly fall as you age. Secondly, a big part of the reason why you want them is that you can't have them. Classic "grass is always greener" or "after you get what you want you don't want it" scenario. Thirdly, a lot of the stuff you listed is perfectly achievable while still working a full job. You are just making excuses. If you really wanted to do it you would find a way. There's no need to wait to miraculously become rich before you cook more healthy food.
