The reason why price is still low is because there is no guarantee that physical sales won't decrease further. And no, the fact that physical sales have been steady for the past generation doesn't mean that the new consoles won't push strongly for digital. Also, the squeeze is very unlikely to occur unless there is a surprise catalyst - institutional money is not dumb enough to maintain a short position otherwise.
