I trade opportunistically. Having spent a few years in the market, there's a handful of projects that I value after weeding out a lot of garbage, and trades will typically involve a play on the ratios.
Something just dumped - maybe get more of it. Something just pumped - maybe sell off a portion. I find that shuffling positions between various coins is getting more and more productive for me.
Sometimes I pick up biz PnD's as well, but I really don't care for the farming ponzis so it's been a while since I did that.

1% a day consistently is really good. You double your money in under three months. Also if you're an active trader there's no such thing as a "bad trade that will wipe you out". You should already know your stop loss and position size before you think of clicking buy. If the price moves against you, your max loss should be 1%.
