Watching now bros

Tell me, why is the standard of discussion on a so much higher level in the BSV ecosystem? Literally nobody is talking about price or market shit like with every other shitcoin.

It's all talk about technical functionality, high level concepts, building actual businesses, being compliant in the real world of finance and so on.

So different to see, no other coin have this quality of community.

But it wasn't long until Wright was screaming again. Their argument was easy to understand but impossible to follow.

Sentences like "Bloody regenerate things on a single... show me where" and "There are fing thousands of transactions on bitcoin every fing day signed with pissy fing bloody number generators" and "If I hear one more bullshit comment about how I can do it with unknown nodes, you show me proof or you f off out" were common.

Occasionally, it looked dangerously close to spilling over into physical violence. I dreaded having to explain it for the police report.

But the gist was clear: in his expert opinion, Dr Courtois didn't feel Wright's evidence was conclusive. Wright, in turn, was not pleased about this.

"The other interviews were easy," he exclaimed at one point. "This is bullshit!"

It was suggested we move on.

"You can validate," added Wright. "Or you can f*** off."

"You have to understand," interjected Jon Matonis, acting as peacemaker. "It's taken us a long, long time for Craig to get to this point, you know."

The proof session ended without conclusion. After that, I had an hour alone with Wright. He calmed. He spoke expansively about bitcoin's creation and the personal cost of it. The wife who left him, the friend's death that made him quit it in 2011.

If all this was a show, he was a convincing con man. I left thinking that, despite everything, yes, this could be Satoshi Nakamoto. It was a few days later that I got the email from Dr Courtois, who had examined the evidence we had been shown.

"Stuart," he wrote. "Craig has cheated us. It is a hoax. I have proof."

>Tell me, why is the standard of discussion on a so much higher level in the BSV ecosystem? Literally nobody is talking about price or market shit like with every other shitcoin.

People give Craig a lot of shit, but that's all thanks to Craig imo. He acted like that one strict professor that everybody hates but in the end is the only one who gets the class to actually learn shit, and everyone is grateful for that afterwards.

I was in bitcoin since it was less than 1$, but never built anything on it, just enjoyed the ride hodling, then craig started insulting hodlers and telling people that if you want the coin to be worth anything you need to build actual businesses and an actual economy around it, so i finally got my lazy ass off the couch and started building two apps on bitcoin sv this year, and desu its all thanks to craig, if he didnt keep repeating that concept and insulting hodlers i wouldn't have started building.
Plus Craig teaches by example too, we know he's a millionaire probably billionaire, yet he keeps working and studying and producing a crazy amount of material daily, it's pretty inspiring (despite the fact that he's unpersonable and an asshole)

Nothing is owed to you, take action, build, spam, create value

based, desu there's other reasons too:
-if you actually want to build something on bitcoin/blockchain, you basically HAVE to go for bsv, there is no alternative. You need those low fees, and stable scalable protocol. See for example how cryptofights was forced to switch from eth to bsv. In the end the technical superiority attracts the developers and builders

another explanation is the bsv is an "intelligence test" as some say. People who pick bsv are people who actually understand bitcoin technicalities and the history of bitcoin and satoshi. All the idiot shitcoin gamblers just follow proof of social media and are thankfully kept out of bsv for now

Because it consists of grown ups that what work and professionalism is as opposed to the neckberds in the Magical Crypto Friends. They are literally kids or "grown ups" that never matured. It is pretty much the Right vs Left

yea in a way it's also like meme investors vs value investors. Like the people pumping TSLA to crazy valuations because of elon and memes, versus people who can actually read a balance sheet like Warren Buffet.

The meme/social investors might create some kind of self fulfilling prophecy by giving a ton of money to a meme company and actually allowing them to do better, but we'll see if long term value investors will have the upper hand (eg. when all other car manufacturers come out with their EVs)
