i've been in contact with the support twice, first about kyc and second about a website bug that made me unable to withdraw my ether (due to 2fa and a firefox plugin). support is the best I have ever been in touch with. they are quick, polite, responsive and competent.

Can confirm CM customer service is based and superfast. Hoping they can accumulate a larger userbase.

They do have the best customer support. I wonder if they could keep it up that quality if it had 5x more users though. I keep my Eth, BTC and Linkies on CM. Feels comfy man

My customer support experience wasn't as nice, I lost 900 on a trade because liquidity was very low and it basically bought up everything until I had no money anymore..
I know there was nothing they could have done but I heard stories of them giving people money as a friendly compensation
I'm a poorfag so that fucking hurt, couldn't even go to bed the following days

it doesn't really make sense but maybe it set it for some reason to a bigger number so by 2.6k buy order gobbled up everything until it had no money anymore

support basically said "i know this hurts but on the flip side xcm will go up real soon"
he was right, but i now was left with less xcm and thus less money if it goes to $1+
imagine that anon, if xcm goes to 10 in the next 4-5y, i could have had 800k but now i only get 400k
