About the Bitcoin name this will take many years to decide I think because it will have to be a different court case than the pmack case. First Craig will have to formally ask the exchanges, blockstream etc to stop using the bitcoin name because he has the trademark for it. They will refuse of course and then Craig will sue them and then they will have to contest the trademark and then it'll probably be a multiyear court case. I don't think this will resolve the next 5 years. Depending on when Craig will start enforcing his trademark
