What’s the best side hustle. I want more money to buy more LINK

>22
>$50,000 40 hr wagie
>$8,800 total debt
>250 LINK

I really want to make it, so I’ll consider doing anything. I have zero living expenses, will be out of debt entirely in 4 months.

I've heard Amazon reselling is fairly profitable but I havent personally looked into it. Smells like ponzi but probably something easy to fuck with on your weekends. Also well done in nailing a job with that salary so young if it wasn't just through daddy's connections. I'm guessing civ-eng or CS?

real estate. Save all your money, use it to show the bank you aren't a poornigger, and then use the banks money to buy a two family house, and rent it.

I got very lucky. No connections, interviewed for an internship last year, made myself “essential” I work as a network engineer.

My boss and I had a lot in common, he said he would offer me a job after college. Worked part time throughout college, and just recently got offered a salary, a few months after graduation. Thanks Fren!!

This is my plan, work for 2 years, try to stay in my parents place, save some money and have the w2’s to get a loan. Buy a duplex and rent half of it.

Btw, We’re all going to make it!

how much do you need to have saved to do that? is it enough to save for a mortgage and then rent at a higher price to balance out the monthly payments?

Reastically 10% of the total worth of the proposed (down payment) and then 2-3 years of W2’s to prove to the bank that you can actually make consistent payments, and ideally also a decent credit score.

You can work around this, but if you want a decent loan, this is the way.

Say less, if that’s a thing I’ll check it out. Grave robbing is legal right?

Pest control. Night hunting varmints for the city, $15 bucks a pop. All you need is a truck, a night scope and a 22LR with subsonic rounds.

That kind of sounds fun, might look into that.

Biggest “side hustle” I see available to me is the “buying stuff” from yardsales on the weekend. I live close to a rich area, so maybe re-selling stuff?
