Yes. Should be easy to meet cost of living and still invest enough to get out of wage cucking with that.

Do not blow it All on coke and whores. Coke the whores in moderation.

Do you want to be a millionaire? Do you wanna retire early.

You saving is irrelevant to what I said.

If you want to be a multi millionaire your salary isn’t going to help you. If you want to retire early you saving will.

My goal is to eventually have enough saved that I can quit waging for a few years and try to start my own business. But I would like to have some runway before I venture on my own.

to be honest after the inflation from the covid gibmulus kicks in you'll be struggling to eat on just 100k. focus on stock piling food, getting the fuck out of renting if you don't own your home, try to switch jobs to one that has modern, competitive wages and you'll probably double that income. put every cent you can into bitcoin and gold.

Please get off the internet.
Nowhere in the world do people make the meme salaries you see advertised for LA City centers, and even then 100k isn't really "100k" when you're spending 90k a year just in rent and utilities.

If you are in a high cost of living city it's below average.

Medium / low and you are good.

It’s a solid wage but don’t be a wagie forever. Save up and invest, use your money to acquire other value producing assets. Jordans and chains are not assets.

Wtf lol? I live in a 1200sq ft apartment that I pay $820/month for and it suits all my needs just fine. Why would you need a $4000+/month living expense? I make like $70k/year right now, but I was able to afford this place easily when I was only making $50k

I raise a family of 4 on $56k a year.

and if you think rent is high now you are not ready for what is to come after the multi-trillion covid money printing. Even if you live in the most expensive areas now, you'll be paying $3k, maybe $4k MAX for renting. That's well less than <50k/year and if you live in NYC or SF and aren't pulling in 300-400k/year you must be retarded or something. Dog walkers make 200k in SF. That $300k+/year saved is like 2-3x what a typical rural salary would even be gross, let alone savings. But that is going to change. Rent and food prices will skyrocket after covid fuckery with the money supply catches up. RIP if you don't own your house you'll going to be a wage slave to pay rents and food no matter where you live in a few years.

What you want to do is get a city salary, then just sock as much away as you can into bitcoin and gold and in a few years when you have 2-3mil just move back to your home town and buy the biggest house in town and retire.

Income or salary? Pass through allows a lot of small business owners to claim revenue as income
