If the local is pegged to the regional but under constant inflation, you cannot save it, but can use it for survival. If you're an elite or have the right skills and social credit, you can be allowed to exchange into the regional which is not inflated away ad infinitum. You can then earn and theoretically get ahead on your leash.

Finally someone else that understands. There is no political side to the nwo because they don't need one as long as money is controlled by globalized banks. Your local currency is already worthless besides what the people printing it say it's worth, but it's also dangerous to the preternational elite for enabling small players to have even a taste of the same level of freedoms they have on an individual or national level. They've mostly kept it to themselves through manipulation and hoarding as a means to shake out the outsiders, but the fact remains that it is a flaw that could be abused by someone smart enough to figure it out. This is precisely why they're setting everything up to move to a completely centralized global currency, because it will give them the needed level of direct control over global economy that is afforded to the current decentralized nation states individually. There will then be no way for anyone to ever challenge their power through money ever again, because they will be the ones that create it at will for themselves. This enables them to have complete control over all trade and choke out the economic viability of any individual or nation that won't play nice.

Like I said, China is attempting this method inside their own borders as is because they think they can beat them to the punch and establish their own nwo. Either way we're fucked, because even if China loses in the war coming against them, what they are is exactly what is being planned for everyone anyway.
