Look how interesting I found out. I went to analyze Monero's transactions on the chain, and I noticed a certain similarity with the price, so I went to coinmetrics. I divided the amount of Monero transactions by the amount of transactions per day of BTC, this results in a percentage of the amount of TX that you have in relation to each other. It turns out that when plotting this against the Monero price in BTC, the values are exactly the same ... except for the recent price that appears not to be reflecting the real price. Take a look ... apparently XMR is undervalued in BTC
