The support that has come from all level of government every month since March is way bigger than the CARES Act.
Whether or not Congress passes some new bill is not really going to move the needle because the needle is set on "hella stimulus" right now.

But "hella stimulus" is the reality right now and that's not priced in. Actually bringing down unemployment to more comfortable levels by September isn't priced in.
