ALGO does not have the same use case as XRP and XLM so it doesn't need a finite supply. ALGO will mint several countries CBDCs. ALGO has a staking that pays out every time a block is verified. So I've been away for about 6 years now down in Oregon but I actually used to be a private instructor for law enforcement, private security, public etc.

WA had decent gun laws when I was there. NFA items are generally ok with stamp of course, no mag cap ban, no ban on "lol assault" weapons etc. Some of that may have changed recently, I'm not too connected anymore in the industry anymore so I haven't been paying much attention. Open carry is still legal and CPLs are easy to obtain I believe. All in all, it's a pretty pro gun state and out on the peninsula it's actually quite conservative and everyone is pretty chill/pro gun but also not crazy. It's an excellent balance IMO.

I shoot mostly bolt action rifle and handload rounds so it's a dream for me. Lot's of nice forest service land to shoot on and lots of good hills for berms.

If you have never been to the Olympic National Rainforest I highly recommend it. Grew up in Seattle, I think I actually prefer Seattle now even though I have been gone for 6 years. Seattle has more affluent, gated or geographically separate areas so it's probably easier to set yourself up in a nice secure spot surrounded by likeminded people.

As for land, I mean it's pretty affordable depending on where you go or how far "out" you are. Land in the Puget Sound area is a little more expensive/developed but if you go east to the cascades there are acres on the cheap, no problem.
