SPY has 3 expiration blocks per week. If you have a feeling its gonna move in a particular way buy, wait till it rolls ITM and the then take profits and go up/down buy another call/put OTM and sell once ITM. I did this with SPY puts when SPY dropped down from 360 around Sep 2. You day trade them you don't hold as they have a high chance of expiring worthless. Would not do this right now however. Market is too fucking volatile and I don't use TA.
