If it is profitable and can exist then it will and should be putting tokens into your pocket as opposed to another. Businesses, like such should exist anonymously outside of need for government to maintain it's existence. If you use traditional channels you will need to pay taxes which would lower profits and make the cards more expensive. As for the "reading" the results I am uninterested in doing such, as interpretation is hard. Doing that offchain using the results and AI to talk to the user would be best.
