I don't know exactly what you are saying but I think there is no difference at all between uploading a smart contract on Iexec or the Google cloud. You just sign up a nice contract, get it checked by a laywer, and voila, you have got your smart contract. Now all you need to do is use a scanner then you can get a digital copy on your computer. Then after you have the digital copy you just upload the smart contract to the Google Cloud, or Amazon cloud. I am not sure how it works with Iexec but I think they can do that the same. If you are worried that your smart contract gets stolen or hacked you can use an encrypted password!
