when i was a kid, for an afternoon once, i was not depressed. i went to the beach and drank a bottle of wine, and for a moment i wasn't depressed and felt normal.
also a couple times while tripping on low doses of mushrooms i felt sober/normal/clarity/not depressed.

the rest of my life i live in a natural state of depression than 1 = negative 100 = positive.
i hover around 15-45 naturally.

i had a boss that would eat 100mg of adderall a day tell me that being sober was good, and that he doesn't understand how anyone could be pessimistic naturally.
and when he ran out of adderall for a day he would throw barrels are the jobsite like donkey kong randomly.

glad i fired that fuck.

We'd been dating for like 5 months last year, this year has been really hard with my whole life basically crumbling away. I've been overwhelmed with a lot of things and we kind of fizzled out of communicating. I won't be able to move back to her area and she probably won't be willing to move to my new area so I'm going to wait until I go back and get my things from my old place to talk to her in person.
