I tried Phoenix for a week when it first started and it didn't make any money so I sold my STA and it was before that week when everything dumped. I thought this was exposed as a Nigerian scam and that you don't need anything to "balance" your tokens. You just buy them. Now they might get listed. I don't know what the fuck is going on.
