Work has grinded me down and I'm miserable. Lost confidence in upper management. List confidence in my branch manager and sales manager. No confidence in manufacturers. Yeha had a work accident about two years ago. Dealing with chronic pain which has brought up all my seeded hereditary mental illnesses. I actually give a shit but my problem is that I see management making all sorts of retarded mistakes and they are blind to the writing on the wall. They don't train people, they don't enforce good documentation, and they expect people who have no skills to be able to do highly skilled work. I have volunteered to help my team acquire these skills because if we lose these people, it would be massive brain drain for the company in other areas that they are experts in. I think I'm the only one that cares about that. I didn't even apply to work here. My previous team was part of a subsidiary that was shut down by the parent company and I was transferred into the parent company. Bros, I just want my comfy team back. They were actually cool people.

I try and smile, but most of the time my stomach is churning and I am barely able to think straight as my life slips away from me whilst I'm surrounded by foreigners who barely speak my native tongue in my own country. But unironically.

I was once very optimistic and hard working, until a streak of bad job opportunities and stupid people turned me sour and I've completely lost hope working for someone.

I've been made redundant without warning, I had my team conspire against me and make false claims, I had the HR abuse their own policy and cancel my secondment just to save some guy from an other department...

The C-suite's simping for BLM is absolutely killing my motivation. I work for a big corporation based in wisconsin, and a lot of people submitted questions about Kenosha, which is only 40 minutes south had been totally destroyed by the people our company is donating money to. They scolded all of us for submitting those questions, and it sounds like the people asking them were fired. We all have manadatory critical race theory training coming up. This shit is so fucking cancerous.

not at all but its only because ive only done really boring, repetitive, easy work that any one can do. worked in call centers or doing data entry in call centers with old mean jamaican ladies my whole life. the only way to stand out is to do extra calls or type more contracts into a system than the old jamaican ladies. if you get a raise its about 20 cents a year. rarely meet any people my age, have only made friends at work a couple of times in my 8ish year history of having jobs. have only met a couple of cute girls - none of them wanted to be my gf.

I worked really hard for 2 years, now I am in a senior position and I don't do ahit and I just other people to do stuff and then I help them if they have questions and I might analyze and try to tackle the hardest problems, but I leave the day to day stuff to others.

no, i work from home, just started a new job, after training was assigned to do something 100% different from what i was being trained on, and after 3 weeks they ran out of work for me and nobody seems to want or need my help. So I'm literally just sitting at home making cryptocurrencies because i know at this rate I'm going to be let go. Best part? Very well. The old retarded bitch got a briefing day one on calendar protocol and etiquette, including order of operation for accepting appointments, who bumps who, etc.

I've made this relatively simple with a tier system. Tier 0, C level executives get automatically accepted, bump and reschedule anyone below. Tier 1, VPs and my direct reports get mitigated and acceptes with options to bump lower tiers one day out.

Etc. Etc. Day one she accepts every single meeting invite I got, creating meeting conflicts where I'm supposed to be in 2 to 3 places at once. She's too lazy yo reschedule so she just starts declining some existing accept meetings without even reaching out to people.
