I've lost it all, just liquidated all my crypto and withdrew to my bank account, that came to $22k. Might seem a lot but compared to what I started the day with, it's nothing.

Junior silver miners. You can still make 150x on that $22,000. We're about to enter a PM bull market, and the average small-cap junior silver miner goes up 150x in a PM bull market. Stocks like Bayhorse Silver, Impact Silver, and Discovery Metals. Even the Vanguard SILJ ETF, which mostly has mid-tiers like First Majestic and Hecla Mining, will do extremely well; 20x at least, possibly 50x. Have been telling people to get out of Chainlink and go into miners since Link was $18.50. Mining stocks are going to be the trade of the century.
