The way I see it is there are 4 main categories of people:

1. The Gray Stock: People that arent necessarily submissive or aggressive. They can bend either way depending on the situation. They can rise up to any of the next 3 groups

2. The Helpers: People that will never be aggressive and will always be submissive. They might be middle managers or workers, but they will always know their place is under someone else

I ran a group of traders/early adopters with roughly a 1000 people in it for a year, everyone made money and was very happy. We mostly just looked for interesting startups like Waves, Orion Protocol, DIA and thousands of others.
