Idk if the fridge is on a dedicated circuit, the instructions on the breaker box are written in chicken scratch and vague.

literally just split your money 6 ways and buy every 5% a good tech company you like drops. maximum position reached at -30%. you'll almost never actually reach a full position but that's fine. sell half at break even. otherwise hold, have some target of like 10-20% profit where you sell everything and wait for the next drop. only ever be long. keep an eye on fundamentals of the company, country, and world at large, for covid-tier or tradewar-tier events.

it's really not hard. it really isn't if you weren't such a pussy looking at 1m candles. if i just held my AMD from before the crash, and did literally nothing, i would have doubled my money by now, but i didn't. think about that. if i literally just hodl'd through the crash and didn't even buy cheapies, i would have doubled my money.

it's really not hard. just buy and hold. spread your money out through the dips don't go all in at once like a retard. pick good stocks with a strong economic moat. FAGMAANN is easy mode, avoid TSLA though. FAGTMAANN shouldnt be a thing.

I have come to the conclusion that TA and skills do not matter anymore. If a whale like SoftBank that has billions to throw around on gay shit like WeWork and Uber can fuck with the NASDAQ this hard, we're straight up at the mercy of the market makers. You now realized what the market really is. A scheme that goes up long term. Nothing that we could predict or control on this scale. A single fund or bank can literally moon or dive the market according to their own interests.

You don't hedge against it really. Just buy more dip each time the big bois decide to dump. That's how you make money.

The number of people spending money buying actual teslas, going to the movies, flying on airlines is proportionally so much smaller than the actual goods and services being rendered compared to pre-coof days. P/E bubble will face a reckoning. S&P PE is higher than it was in January before the selloff while GDP is down almost 30%. There's way more TSLA traders and actual owners of the car whereas for staples and bluechips, the number of investors is probably in the same order of magnitude as people who actually buy their products (Ford trucks vs. Ford investors, Walmart shoppers vs. Walmart investors, Proctor and Gamble shoppers vs investors, etc).

let me let you all in on a little secret... market volatility is coming back, the only thing that's going to get the economy back in gear is if we cut off the gibs and start rasing interest rates..
Forcing people to go back to work and forcing companies to turn out profit is what the economy is supposed to be about. The problem is the market has been in a period of euphoria based upon speculation and people drunk with greed. If we do the things to make the economy great again, it's going to spook the fuck out of everybody, so one way or another the pull back is an inevitability at this point. When you've got auto-manufacturers trading at over 11 hundred times earnings it should be making people scratch their balls and hit the sell button, but people are hitting the buy button. Tuesday everybody is going to have a eureka moment and understand it is time to return to normal. Thanks you, God bless you, and God bless America.

U.S. markets and the U.S. economy itself are systematically broken and doomed on their current course, likely to fall at the hands of a massive social uprising. Wealth is WAY too concentrated and market participant composition is WAY too homogeneous. There isn't much you can do ultimately. People have been shouting about this and trying to raise awareness for years. People have been jumping ship and going to trade other markets. People have continued to bitterly trade U.S. markets despite knowing how busted they are. This last group though is the most interesting because for the most part they have dropped the pretense of the market meaning anything anymore and treat it like just a big video game. Things are absolutely broken.

I can't even begin to tell you what the consequences will be or when they will happen. I can say that a true correction in the U.S. will arise from its structural issues. All of that microstructure sludge that has accumulated and festered finally causing total failure. All of the bullshit with short sale restrictions, fudged jobs reports and inflation numbers, conflicts of interest between brokers, market makers, and non-institutional participants, regulatory corruption, and on and on. All of that shit is eventually going to go super nova.

You can't control the markets the way the powers that be are attempting to. There are countless precedents in nature of what happens when you arrogantly think you have complex adaptive systems whipped and under control. When the wake up call happens, it will actually be good in the long run, but I think everything is going to take a hit. It will just be less structurally radioactive markets that lead the way and set the standard for the rebuilding. The Australian market comes to mind, but even that is by no means perfect.

DONT BUY this is a bogdanov bounce, if it confirms the 200ma as support on the hourly maybe take a small position

On the daily look at the candle at the very top and today’s candle. See how they look very similar?

Shorts aren’t dumb they won’t dump bags right away. This was a conditioning run for two days. They see people buying the dip, they let them have some fun, before they ship them to the basement.

I’m only swing trading until we confirm the 200 as support on hourly.

>The report, published Thursday, is from the U.S. Crisis Monitor, a collaboration between the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project and Princeton University’s Bridging Divides Initiative, which collects and analyzes real-time data on protest movements, using news reports, social media and other sources.
>“These data reveal that the United States is in crisis. It faces a multitude of concurrent, overlapping risks from police abuse and racial injustice, to pandemic-related unrest and beyond all exacerbated by increasing polarization,” the researchers wrote, warning that “these intersecting risks are likely to intensify” as the November election draws closer.
>The report covers data gathered on protests between May 24, the day before police in Minneapolis killed George Floyd, and Aug. 22. During that period, the researchers collected more than 10,600 demonstration events across the country, with more than 7,750 of them related to the Black Lives Matter movement. The protests peaked in late May and early June, and while they have leveled off since, activists in many places across the country continue to hold largely peaceful demonstrations every day.
>The overwhelming majority of the protests more than 10,100 involved peaceful protesters, the researchers found. In only about 5%, or under 570 of the protests, did participants engage in violence.
>In the protests that became violent, they either involved state-sanctioned violence, such as violent intervention from local, state or federal authorities, or counterprotesters from extremist groups. The police or military “disproportionately used force while intervening in demonstrations associated with the BLM movement, relative to other types of demonstrations,” the researchers found. According to their data, in nearly 10% of BLM protests recorded this summer, police violently intervened by deploying tear gas, rubber bullets and/or pepper spray, as well as assaulting protesters with batons.

This sounds like some real definitional fucker right here. There clearly have been racially inspired acts of looting and rioting that were not instigated by police at the scene. I guess they sweep these under the rug by arguing that they don't fall within the purview of "protests that started out peaceful and then later became violent" since they were violent from the get-go. So they're conveniently omitted from this review.

Also, 'only' 5% of participants engaging in violence. Meanwhile, 5% of COVID patients developing serious cases and requiring hospitalization is cause for widespread alarm. 5% is plenty to be concerning, hell 1% is plenty. Sick of these "it's just a few bad apples" types writing riots off as if the occasional riot is within the fault tolerance of society and not worth even talking about or debating. There have certainly been more riots since May than there are unarmed police shootings in a given year (of any race), and riots are absolutely measurable in terms of lost livelihood from small uninsured business owners who lose everything in the damage.

i'm just wondering when people will realize the "vaccine" is fucking worthless. covid antibodies don't stay in the body past a few fucking months. opening the chances for many more waves when people go all "yay i'm vaxxed. i will never get rona." and then boom another scare tactic.
whatever. people are retarded beyond helping.

Being "Woke" provides nothing but downside.

There's nothing a company can do to satisfy the needs of the Looney Left. Ask Disney about that:

>Hires Black Actor
>Plays major part in movie
>STILL BITCHES

Black people are the Karens of Races.

I keep getting replies like "Apple will hit 130 with the new iPhone announcement" and "QQQ will recover to 300" but it seems like investor confidence has deflated. Especially with this SoftBank news.

Is this actually healthier for the stock market in general? The newbie Dave Portnoy & Twitter thot traders slowly get burnt and leave the market OR become passive investors after realizing just buying SPY, VOO, or total market indexes are better for their mental health.

That means the tech frenzy might be finally over and we return to slower gains.

What say you guys? Do you think we're returning to normal and seeing a slow crab up like 2015-2017? I will be totally content if QQQ reaches even 300 by December in current market conditions.

I also like Tesla & Apple.

But you can't expect Hedge Funds to hold a stock that just went 2, 3, 4x in a short time frame. That's just stupid.

it will go up with each new iphone, it's like if ford released a car that dominated the market every 2 or 3 years only it was competing with a few other companies that weren't nearly it's size. It won't go as high though and the random hikes should stop. at the same time though, don't you want to buy apple stock when it's down? I do, I think a lot of people will. It's not like Tesla or facebook, it has products that all people use and it's expanding into more fields all the time.
