Europe has its economie way too much concentrated on dead end industries like Oil&Gas, Electric Utilities, Financial Sector & Automotive.

The growth of the banks, oil and cars ended in 2008. This is not the future.
We're pushing the cars out of the cities and more people into the cities.
Cities of the future in Europe will largely depend on public transportation and electric scooters and bicycle sharing systems.
In the states they will depend on car sharing systems. Self driving cars will just pick you up and drive you to your destination. Might not happen in the next ten years but 30 years from now that's evident. Less cars will be needed because the cars will have less idle time and there will be less wear and tear because they will be owned by a company (High quality and timely checks and maintenance) and driven by a computer (less abrupt driving, less accidents, avoiding potholes, less off road shenanigans.
Oil will be consumed less due to the emerging of the electric car and the push (from europeans first and foremost) to avoid it's use.
The financial sector is weak and may get fatally wounded by the crypto revolution.
That's already 60% of Europe's economy if we go by top 50 companies that gets obliterated.
If you're European and you want to start a career avoid financials, avoid oil and gas and avoid automotive.
Or prepare to get laid off at age 45 with 2 teenagers wanting you to pay for whatever the cool kids get at that time.
